Dr. Anurag Jain

Dr. Jain has had an exceptionally bright academic career. He did his medical graduation from UCMS, Delhi in 1995, with medals and scholarships in nearly all subjects. This was followed by post graduation (MD) in Radiodiagnosis from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi in 1998 and a 3 years senior residency from the same Institute. Later, he also became a Fellow of Royal College of Radiology, United Kingdom after successfully clearing all FRCR examination modules in the shortest possible time. 

He has nearly 26 years of extensive post-MD experience in Clinical Radiology, chiefly in cross sectional imaging (MRI and CT). He has worked as Senior Consultant Radiologist in prestigious Hospitals of New Delhi (MAH, Max, RGCI). He visited Department of Neuroradiology, Michigan University Hospital as a fellow in 2005. 

He has worked as Consultant Radiologist in NHS, UK for more than 2 years, getting rich, high volume international experience of frontline CT, MR reporting. He is a member of Royal college of Radiology, UK.

He is working dedicatedly in onco-imaging for the last 12 years. He is the lead Radiologist for reporting of cross-sectional imaging (CT, MRI) for oncology cases which includes work-up, staging and follow-up scans. His experience in whole body cross-sectional imaging (CT/MR) includes specialized scans like dynamic/ multiphase scanning, spectroscopy, breast imaging. He has been routinely performing USG and CT guided intervention procedures like biopsy, FNA, cell block, drainages, wire localization, RFA/ microwave ablations. He is skilled and experienced in performing stereotactic and MR guided breast biopsies. He is an active participant in tumor board, interacting routinely with all medical and surgical specialties of oncology and is involved in discussions of surgical planning for complex oncology cases.

Dr Jain has been a faculty for DNB Radiology and been a Chief guide/ Co-guide for many Radiology thesis. He has published articles, posters, papers in various journals/ conferences.

Dr Jain is the Author of the book titled ‘Full field Digital Mammography, Case based approach’, published by CBS publishers in 2018.
