Work Experience: 28 Years

April 1999 - Feb 2002:
Served as an Anaesthetist with the elite Paratrooper Medical Regiment. Completed over 100 parachute jumps and led medical exercises in high-altitude and desert terrains, treating war casualties. Also worked as a Junior Consultant in a military hospital in Agra.

May 2002 - Mar 2005:
Administrative Director of a 40-bed peripheral hospital in Mizoram, where he turned around the hospital’s performance, streamlined equipment maintenance, and introduced malaria control guidelines, earning recognition from senior military officials.

Apr 2005 - Jun 2008:
Senior Consultant Anaesthesiologist at a tertiary care hospital and Undergraduate & Postgraduate Teacher in Anaesthesiology at AFMC, Pune. Developed curriculum guidelines, trained OT staff, and assisted in ICU management, alongside teaching anaesthesia to medical students.

Jul 2008 - Nov 2010:
Senior Consultant in Anaesthesiology & Critical Care at a zonal hospital in Agra. Institutionalized hands-on training in BLS & ALS for cross-specialties, authored disaster management SOPs, and completed multiple temporary duty assignments in Uttarakhand.

Nov 2010 – January 2024; February 2024 - Present:
Senior Consultant & HOD, Department of Anaesthesiology at Action Cancer Hospital, New Delhi. Currently serving as Director, Department of Anaesthesiology. Leading the department, overseeing anaesthesia for cancer surgeries, and managing complex critical care cases while mentoring junior doctors.
